ABOUT US

Special education administration is complex. We help make it manageable.

SPEDfi was built for the operational, financial, and administrative realities of special education institutions. We understand that the work is detailed, time-sensitive, and often spread across departments, documents, systems, and people.

Our role is to bring structure, clarity, and reliability to that complexity, helping institutions work with greater accuracy, visibility, and confidence.

We are thorough. We are nimble. And we are deeply committed to meeting each client’s goals with precision and care.

Leadership

SPEDfi is led by Camelia Rosca, Ph.D., Founder and CEO, who brings years of leadership experience in the education sector, combined with deep technical expertise.

Her leadership reflects a clear understanding of what special education institutions need: practical systems, reliable data, and solutions built around real administrative demands. She brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to each engagement, working closely with clients to understand their goals and translate complex requirements into practical, effective systems.

What Defines Us

Education-sector expertise

We understand the operational realities of special education institutions and the level of detail required to manage them well.

Technical precision

We combine institutional knowledge with strong technical execution to create systems that are structured, reliable, and built for accuracy.

Practical problem solving

We focus on real workflows, real bottlenecks, and real outcomes, not generic solutions that add complexity.

Client-focused partnership

We work closely with each organization to understand its goals, priorities, and internal processes before recommending a path forward.

Collaborative by design
SPEDfi’s work begins with listening.

Every institution is different. Every process has its own rules, exceptions, and priorities. We work collaboratively with leadership, finance teams, administrators, and staff to understand how each organization operates before designing a solution.

This approach allows us to deliver work that is technically sound, practical, usable, and aligned with each client’s goals.
